Wanna get rid of this ugly yellow box? When I messed with the virtual tuning on taylormades website it shows how the trajectory is effected by tuning and turning down loft promotes more fade. Weight probably isn’t going forward properly, creating some axis tilt for you, and the right arm is probably throwing out flipping , and the path is left so you early extend to help stop the club from crashing into the ground.

If I can achieve those results with my old R11 with proper tuning, I would be very happy, if not you may see my driver for sale on ebay and a new RBZ driver in my bag.

Sign up for a new account in our community. If you changed the loft down, then you are going to increase side spin as well, if its a really nasty slice, then its probably your swing. It makes a huge difference and as long as Im not to far away from the ball I can hit it straight or with a little draw.

Thanks for the input guys. Tuning r11 can hardly act like that and not expect someone to call you out on it. Can it really make that big of a difference? I like to hit a subtle fade but this is crazy? The weights are already setup draw ttuning.

We went to Bandon in November last year and basically ran out of daylight tuning r11 get 36 holes in. Loft on the driver doesn’t affect the height of the ball as much as the shaft in the club. The driver is long as is. Decreasing the loft opens the face. What will change is you will take about rpm of backspin off the driver, this could change the height more. I was hitting a consistant subtle fade oh yeah, just how I like it!
